A fast growing and well established contractor are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor. This contractor is one of the biggest contractors in the UK, who can offer stability in your work projects, competitive salary and company benefits.
To compliment their existing team they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to be site and office based. You will need to have a previous, proven track record in working for a main contractor and experience in the new build residential sector. You will be accustomed to working on your own initial and be responsible enough to run and plan your own working week as you see fit - you will split your time between the Bristol Office and your site in Aylesbury.
You should have full awareness and excellent working knowledge of the commercial process as you will be responsible for your own project and packages from procurement, measurement and valuations to agreeing final accounts. Managing project budget, with a focus on minimising the costs of the project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality.

The site is due to finish in OCT 2019!!
