The Role:

ADB Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a number of experienced Temporary Customer Services Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Ashby De La Zouch. The role of Temporary Customer Services Assistant involves receiving inbound customer calls, dealing with any queries & complaints, order entry, product enquires (training given), order follow-ups, chasing internal departments for updates and updating customers. The roles also have potential to be permanent.

The role is working 37.5hrs per week over 7 days and will include evening and weekend work. The role is to start ASAP.

Your Profile:

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Customer Services Assistant and have worked within a similar role. You will need to be a loyal and committed candidate who would be able to see through the full assignment (minimum of 3 months). You will have an excellent professional telephone manner, highly organised and tenacious.

Salary:

GBP7.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
