Intermediate Building Surveyor

The Role -

This is an opportunity to progress into a more senior position within Building Surveying, there will be opportunity to bring in your own clients and manage the relationships to ensure repeat business.

The work will predominately be based in London with the office avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city as it will based in Essex

Salary expectations will be around GBP50-GBP60k + package, depending on experience.

You -

MRICS status is a must as well as previous experience in the private sector. Your experience needs to have included residential and commercial work. Skills that will be required include, condition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration and defect analysis

You will need to be able to build relationships with clients and continue to utilise these to ensure continued business.

An ability and prior experience of working within a team is desirable.
