My client Headteacher is keen to recruit an outstanding KS2 Teacher who is looking for a temporary post starting in October 2017. You will be an experienced practitioner who can hit the ground running. In return for your commitment and professionalism over this 10 month post, you will be given a full induction with excellent support from their attentive SENCO and strong back-up from a resourceful TA who knows the Year 3 class very well.
The Year 3 Class are a class of 29 who are a pleasure to teach. The Class Teacher, who is going on maternity leave, is relying on the new KS2 Teacher to carry on her sterling work which has left their attainment levels well above the national average. You will be a practitioner who can stretch the minds of the most talented of pupils at their age.
The Primary School is a 2 form entry Primary School whose staff have a terrific attitude and in contrast to the sleepy village surroundings in which it sits, this is a fast moving school with fresh ideas and much endeavour. The School was graded as "Good" by Ofsted in 2014 and was a whisker away from an "Outstanding" grading.
The Primary School is on the outskirts of Dartford and its village setting means that you will be local to the school or within a commutable drive. The School has its own car park.
