Workshop Manager (CNC)

On offer is a role with a company who manufacture high-end and specialised parts where no two jobs are the same.
The company, based in Yeovil, are a go-to subcontractor for a number of companies from high-end aerospace manufacturers to lower level batch and bespoke products and are looking to strengthen their dedicated team of individuals as they build on their existing business.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop and supervising an experienced and dedicated team of engineers. You will be tasked the management of quality oversight, working closely with the MD to develop and drive the company forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialised team of engineers, where you can make a real difference in the company's progress and culture.
THE ROLE:
*Work closely with the MD on managing the company
*Quality and supervising management
*Shop loading and day-to-day running of the workshop
THE PERSON:
*A background in milling and turning
*Ideally Management/ supervisory experience
*An understanding of quality systems and processes
