Better Extreme is a brand new venture by GLL. We're looking for an Extreme Sports Supervisor to help run the Extreme facility within Bath Sports and Leisure Centre in Somerset, one of the most exciting new facilities for extreme sports. This brand new leisure complex offers a Trampoline Park, Bowling and Soft Play so we're looking for a Supervisor with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment.
Working closely with the Extreme Sports Manager and General Manager, you'll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes and supervision of staff on reception, stock control, sales and promotions - helping us to achieve financial and sales targets. You'll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with, and supervising, a team of like-minded people and will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports. A natural leader, you'll motivate, encourage and develop your team to perform to the highest standards.
You'll be driven and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. Your previous sport/leisure experience will have given you excellent customer service skills as well as understanding of standard operating procedures, emergency action plans and a First Aid at Work qualification. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of trampoling, bowling and other extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop yourself and your team.
