Trainee Resourcer

Vital Resources (part of the Morsons group) provides blue and white collar engineering and construction personnel for the UK & overseas markets. For over 3 decades we have firmly established ourselves as a leading mechanical, electrical and construction resource provider. We focus on recruitment for contract, temp to perm and permanent positions in these sectors.

We currently have permanent positions for trainee resources in our Bristol office

The successful applicant will:

* Produce Candidate CVs & Resumes
* Have the ability to build strong relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing effective and efficient labour to clients
* Lead generation
* Ability to work closely with the Site Teams
* Controlling and administering site labour and staff for projects
* Ability to effectively manage and allocate labour resources
* Previous experience in recruitment/customer services or telesales

* Excellent time-management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both oral and written
* A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively
* A focus on results and a flexible, 'can-do' approach
