We are looking for a Data Entry Customer Adviser who is competent with computers, a fast typist and also has a high standard of customer service to join our established site within the Banking Industry based at Leek.
Salary - GBP15,400-GBP16,000
Hours - 35 per week between Monday-Friday 8-6. You would also work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
You would be responsible for contacting current customers within the business to capture their personal data, update their account details and customer records. Computer skills are vital for this role so recent data entry experience or relevant is necessary as well as a high attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
As you would be making calls to our current customers we're looking for strong communicators who can provide a positive experience and also support any enquiries that may arise.
