The Opportunity;

This is an entry level position that requires no prior experience in recruitment or even sales. There are multiple positions available that will offer a comprehensive 12 week training program, including a 3 day external training course running in September. This program has a proven track record for producing some of our top recruiters and will provide you with all of the skills you need to be successful with us. The role;

• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing client relationships and creating opportunities
• Sourcing talent nationally
• Prepping candidates for interview
• Advertising and promoting new vacancies
• Marketing
• Managing clients and candidates through the process
• Referencing
• This role is a mixture of phone based activity and face to face

Salary: GBP20,000 per annum

Holiday: 23 days a year
