An exciting opportunity exists for an Education Consultant looking to take the next step in their career to join the Bristol team managing an existing Primary Education desk. Whether you are on an early morning booking session, taking on the day supply bookings from schools and matching the right candidate depending on skill, location and need, or interviewing candidates to ascertain their strengths and specific requirements - there is never a dull moment. You will also be contacting schools via phone and in person in order to promote Randstad Education and our unique benefits and should therefore be confident, self-starter who is able to think out side the box. You should be exhilarated when working to targets and feel passionate about the service you offers our schools - always endeavouring to go the extra mile in pursuit of client and candidate service excellence.
To be successful as a consultant you should:
* Have excellent communication skills and a first class phone manner
* Be a team player but able to take full responsibility for the schools your work with
* Want to excel at anything you undertake
* Be motivated and have lots of initiative
Previous experience as a teacher (ie education knowledge) OR within a sales/B2B customer focused environment is essential. As this role involves visiting schools, you will need to have a driving licence. We operate a shift system to ensure our schools are always looked after between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm.
