Temporary to Permanent Customer Services / Debt Collection

Our client is a well established finance organisation who are seeking a customer services executive on a temporary to permanent basis

• Responsible for taking queries from customers by telephone and email
• Day to day management of customer accounts
• Some chasing of payments from customers
• The company will train on the underwriting side of the loan process and make decisions on credit files
• The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner and the ability to handle a complaint and respond to the client
• You will have strong IT skills particularly word and excel
• Excellent long term prospects for progression
