Product Owner (CAD or CAM)
Location: Bath
Salary: 30-35,000 (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday, private healthcare and pension.
Product Owner (CAD or CAM)- Key Skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Good CAD or CAM experience.
- Background in software development is highly preferable.
- Requirements gathering.
- Ability to produce and maintain Product Roadmaps.
- Scrum experience.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Product Owner (CAD or CAM) - Nice to Have:
- Industry experience within manufacturing or engineering is desirable.
- Knowledge of the sheet metal industry is desirable.
Product Owner (CAD or CAM) - About the role:
The successful Product Owner (CAD or CAM) will command a thorough understanding of the customer's needs from a business and technical perspective.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Gather requirements
- Gather release requirements from the Brand Manager and product requirements from all relevant parties including staff, resellers and customers.
- Respond to enhancement requests.
- Produce and maintain Product Roadmaps for products and components.
- Ensure development Roadmaps and the Brand Manager's external Product Roadmaps are aligned.
- Organize and maintain the scrum product backlog.
- Work with other product owners to manage product backlogs and ensure the backlog is always prioritised.
- Prepare for and attend sprint meetings.
- Work with development team to create issues for a project.
- Ensure development work meets the requirements.
- Ensure the development teams success by providing clear well written stories.
