Building the Future is an exciting new long term change programme that will aim to transform our working environments and the way we work, replacing old, inefficient buildings with modern new ones and introducing agile working practices.
We are currently seeking a Programme Support Officer to join the programme team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and governance of the programme.

The Role
As Programme Support Officer you will act as a critical hub for the programme, making sure that programme documentation is effectively managed and liasing with the programme team to drive and co-ordinate programme activity in line with plans to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met and risks and issues effectively managed. You will ensure the effective set-up and running of programme meetings and boards, preparing and updating programme information as appropriate. You will act as a focal point for queries, proactively resolving issues and disseminating information to stakeholders at all levels as required.

Skills & Experience
You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a senior administrative or support role with a high degree of autonomy and have the self-assurance to proactively resolve problems and deal with stakeholders at all levels. Strong oral and written communication skills will be key as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to think in a clear and logical way, giving appropriate priority to competig demands.
