We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to improve the lives of autistic individuals, to work as part of an Employability service.

You will provide one to one and small group support within training and work-based environments to learners with autism and/or learning disabilities who are participating in the Employability programme.  You will support them to overcome barriers to learning and engage in accredited learning programmes.  You should therefore have extensive knowledge, skills and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Conditions and will have experience supporting young people or adults who are on the autism spectrum, some of whom may have an associated learning disability.
