The Case Manager Role:
Evolution Money is looking for a Case Manager to join the team, a challenging and fast paced role with a primary aim to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth customer journey.
Working in line with FCA regulations, you will be responsible for reviewing all approved loan cases prior to funding, this includes a high level of customer contact, ensuring that all their documentation is in line with our criteria.
Coming from a strong teamwork background, you will be expected to work with others to ensure a smooth customer journey. With a customer satisfaction rating of 90% we strive for quality as opposed to quantity.
