Temporary, Full Time (3-6 month assignment)

I am currently recruiting for a Digital Programme Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting business initiatives in the digital portfolio. You will be working closely with the PMO manager and will be responsible for (but not limited to);
• Tracking the status of programme deliverables and milestones
• Programme level RAID coordination
• Project status reporting
• Resource tracking and validation
• Maintaining a single, accurate view of the project landscape
• Supporting the programme teams in key activities
The ideal candidate will be a great team player, have a self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis. You will ideally have the following experience;
• PMO or project management experience
• Knowledge of financial tracking
• Experience in planning, coordinating and facilitating
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Word and PowerPoint skills
• A good understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
