We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive that has proven consultative solution selling experience gained within the Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction Industry.

Working as the Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive you will join the Company’s growing team, generating and delivering new opportunities to sell within the modular build / off-site construction sector.

As the Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive you will also develop and manage key customer and 3rd party relationships in line with the Company’s growth strategy.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Business Development Manager / Sales Account Executive:

  • Develop and manage key customer relationships and 3rd party suppliers
  • Maintain a current knowledge and skills base of the market place, technology, services and government initiatives available
  • Build market intelligence and insight to shape the proposition
  • Support the development of marketing materials and literature
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Proactively manage ‘Sales Leads’ ensuring follow up 
  • Schedule and provide product demonstrations
  • Proactively engage with thought leaders from the industry to build profile and exposure
  • Implement all necessary steps throughout the process to move the client through the sales process, from an initial meeting through to installation and invoicing
  • Produce analysis and reports on activity as required
  • Utilise the CRM system as a tool to work out daily priorities, log and track all contacts and companies at every stage of the process with prospects and clients
  • Assess and evaluate levels of client satisfaction and make recommendations based on these results
  • Provide excellent after-sales support services
  • Develop a long-term relationship with clients through managing, interpreting and responding to their requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven consultative selling experience within Modular Buildings or other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Framed Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Concrete Framing Systems
  • Proven solution selling experience
