Fire & Security Systems Engineer
Cintrix Systems are seeking a Fire & Security Systems Engineer with experience of fire and/or security systems to join our team and to undertake a challenging and rewarding role within our expanding business.
The candidate will be expected to carry out corrective maintenance and fault calls when required along with installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire and security systems. Cintrix Systems provide 24-hour support to our customers, so inclusion on to the on-call rota is required. The role has scope for career progression to suit the business requirements for suitable candidates.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years commercial experience working as a Systems Engineer within the fire or security alarm industry and would ideally possess experience of working with systems including:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Intruder Alarm Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Access System
The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to work, be self-motivated and possess an excellent attitude to customer service. Must be able to present written engineering reports and comply with all company procedures. Ideally, they will have attained their 17th Edition and training to the relevant standards, however training will be provided to all candidates where required. A full UK driving licence and no criminal record are essential as screening to BS 7858 will be required.
