We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who has experience across the full breadth of marketing but with the passion and skills for all things digital. Ideally, you’ll also be passionate about and experienced in the B2B technology sector. From cloud and hybrid IT, to digital transformation and IoT, technology is at the heart of everything we do. 

Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:

+ Developing and managing marketing campaigns, promotions and strategies to engage, reach and attract targeted audiences. 
+ Understanding our audiences, their sectors and challenges to inform marketing activities and share insight with the marketing, sales and consultancy teams. 
+ Delivering lead generation, engagement and amplification activities via our website, Click Dimensions tool and social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
+ Overall management of our social media channels and tools including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Hootsuite.
+ Managing PPC activities and involvement with SEO across digital channels. 
+ Implementing Marketing Automation campaigns using Click Dimensions. 
+ Running ongoing tracking, reporting and analysis in Google Analytics, SEO Profiler, Hootsuite and Click Dimensions. 
+ Managing or supporting our online and face to face customer events, from prep to execution and follow up.
+ Writing content for the website, press, social media and articles in a timely, creative and grammatically correct way.

Digital Marketing Executive Required Skills and Experience:

+ Previous experience working in a busy marketing / sales team is essential
+ Strong experience in managing social channels and platforms, most specifically, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Hootsuite.
+ Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
+ Knowledge of and experience in the latest digital trends and techniques: marketing automation, remarketing, geo-targeting, SEO, PPC, etc. 
+ Inquisitive individual who enjoys testing and analysing activities and campaigns i.e. remarketing, lead generation, split tests, etc. 
+ Experience of working with a CRM system – preferably Microsoft Dynamics
+ Good visual eye for design and creative copywriting skills would be an advantage
+ Strong time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to deadlines
+ Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for detail and thorough approach to their work
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Ability to respond quickly and efficiently
+ Strong PC, admin, database & web research skills
+ Team player
+ Positive attitude with relentless energy and collaborative spark!
+ Marketing qualification such as CIM would be desirable

Location: Based from our Head Office in Wisborough Green, West Sussex (Guildford 30 minutes, Horsham 20 minutes). With flexibility to work two days from home once settled in the role. Due to our location, access to own transport is essential to reach the office.

Hours: Full Time 9.00am to 5.30pm / Monday to Friday.
Salary: £23-£28,000 depending on experience 
Start date: ASAP
Other: Must have the right to live and work in the UK. Must have a full UK driving licence. Infrequent UK travel.
