IT Trainer/Training Coordinator - Law Firm, MS Office 2013
Top 100 UK law firm seeking an IT Trainer/Training Coordinator to join the IT department and provide training services to the firm's 300 users as directed by the Lead IT Trainer and Head of IT.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing structured and ad-hoc IT training as required
- Providing new joiner induction training when required
- Supporting project works by creating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports and training plans as required
- Assisting with the design and delivery of an IT training curriculum to ensure all the IT skills of firm employees are at the appropriate level to ensure real value is gained from the IT systems and training
- Ensuring the IT Support team phone is answered at all times within core support hours
- Logging all calls received in the call logging system, whether received via telephone, email or in person
Skills required:
- Some experience of conducting IT training and designing of training material is preferred but not essential
- MS Office 2013 (Essential) - Word (Advanced), Outlook (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint (Intermediate)
- Blackberry devices (Preferred)
- iManage Worksite/Filesite (Preferred)
- Elite 3e (Preferred)
- BigHand (Preferred)
- An understanding of designing, preparing and delivering training (Preferred)
