Main Duties:
To process and control European transactions
The Role:
- To process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- To review the credit exposure and related risks.
- To collect Debt over designated countries.
- To ensure all information is up to date
- To clear debit balances on a monthly basis
- To deal with Bank Reconciliations - weekly & monthly basis
- Various other administrative tasks
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Fluent in French (Written & spoken)
- Experience of Oracle Financial Systems is highly desirable.
- Experience working with a ERP System is highly desirable.
- Computer literate (Intermediate Excel knowledge)
- Excellent communication & customer focused
- Team player attitude
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 pa + Benefits
