Our client is a successful and ambitious FTSE100 financial services company with digital media at the heart of its growth strategy.

The company are looking for a results orientated marketer who can demonstrate hands-on experience driving outstanding campaign performance for big brands in-house or through client work.

Job Role:

Working with the team you will own the campaign plan and create the briefs for delivering all the campaign elements and project manage through to launch

Then by monitoring the ongoing campaign data you'll ensure optimisation happens where required on the individual marketing touchpoints to deliver even better results.

From developing the initial concept to delivering and optimising the campaign the Campaign Manager will ensure the squads are on track to deliver their objectives.

All your campaigns will need to show they're exceeding results across key performance metrics. Key to success will be your ability to communicate these results by delivering insightful performance reports to all key stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic campaign planning
  • Project management of the delivery of the campaign assets (including design, copy, tools, calculators)
  • Ongoing campaign monitoring through web analytics and subsequent optimization
  • Communication of campaign performance ensuring successful elements are replicated within other squad's campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Testing of creative, targeting and landing pages of all key marketing touchpoints to ensure the best results
  • Regular communication of results to all key stakeholders

The Candidate:

You'll have great understanding of the full marketing funnel and the way different channels interact. You should be able to offer insight on potential content or channel opportunities. As well interact with key specialists to gain more insight to feedback into the teams.

Experience using sophisticated digital analytics tools to monitor results and optimise your activity is essential.

To succeed in this role you need ideas, drive and the ability to influence despite there being a flat management structure; a head for figures is also a must.

Key Requirements:

  • Experienced at creating and owning large scale omni-channel campaigns
  • Agile project management experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a Marketing or Business related subject
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in working with marketing related data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
