We are recruiting for an IT Sales Account Manager to join the UK HQ of a highly reputable international IT hardware company, distributing specialised networking equipment across Europe.
You will be centrally responsible for selling a wide range of our client's hardware products and be actively pursue new accounts whilst maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the existing customers' business needs. A background in software, hardware solutions, channel and/or end user IT Sales experience is essential to this role. It's expected that candidates will be well be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Siebel and Oracle CRM packages.
As well as having a proven background in IT/technology sales; successful candidates will need to be self-motivated individuals, able to meet and exceed sales targets within defined deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of interpersonal skills and professionalism. Candidates should be capable of contributing effectively within cross-departmental teams in addition to working independently effectively in accordance with our client's company policies.
