IT Distributor Sales Manager - GBP30k-GBP40k+Bonus - Croydon
A leading IT distributor is looking to add a Sales Manager to their vibrant and dynamic team. You will be heading up a team of 8 and assisting our client in a key growth period in to previously untapped markets.
As a Sales Manager you will be motivating the Sales Staff to hit targets that you will be setting for them, you will also be creating incentives, ensuring that the team runs smoothly day to day, recruiting new sales staff as well as developing and training sales staff.
For this role as a Sales Manager you will ideally have 1-3 years Sales Manager experience as an IT Distribution Sales Manager. You will ideally also be a natural leader with an enthusiastic and motivating personality.
As the successful Sales Manager you will receive an extremely competitive package that will consist of a GBP30,000-GBP40,000 Basic Salary, Uncapped Commission, Full Corporate Benefits and Full Sales and Product Training.
