This will be a highly-varied role, managing multiple operations within one site. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to... * Managing all Food and Beverage operations day-to-day * Deliver exceptional customer service * Management of Food and Beverage Staff * Designing exciting, appropriate and seasonal menus * Establish KPI's, policies and schedules * Manage staffing levels and Rota's within budgets * Manage budgets and forecasts * Food hygiene * Health and Safety * Staff training Candidate Specification: For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position.
