Position: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: cGBP20k Basic To GBP50k OTE plus commission and quarterly bonus, free parking and generous benefits package
Opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join this rapidly expanding technical agency who have huge growth plans in 2017.
A full 360 role where you will be responsible for developing new business, managing new clients, managing the relationship and delivering contract placements.
This well established boutique agency are the no1 in their niche technical field and are now expanding into new areas including Data Analytics and E Commerce. Working with clients including large technology providers, software houses and legal institutions and an enviable client list based around Europe.
With a dedicated in-house trainer this agency are continuously investing in the growth and development of their Recruitment Consultants, ensuring that all Recruitment Consultants have access to the facilities and technology required to be successful. With a clear structure in place for promotion which, in-line with future growth plans, provides you with the potential to fast track your career.
We are looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant with:
* Strong experience in recruitment consultancy (any sector), with evidence of progression towards managing accounts
* Evidence of an existing book of candidates
* Generated new business
* Managed client relationships
* An ethical approach with quality of service in mind
* A desire to progress further within their career
The Recruitment Consultant Team is made up of target driven individuals that have a track record of success.
