Finance operations is the largest team within Group Finance and provides innovative Finance partnership and support services to a range of stakeholders via our change, strategy, operational, cultural and business partnering activities. This is a role that matters as you'll deliver financial and commercial insight tailored to the needs of business while providing best in class financial business partnering to key business stakeholders. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll support the operational leaders and their teams across the business and will play a key role in driving the business forward through analysis, insight and effective influencing. You'll work collaboratively with the Centre of Excellence and FBS who will provide standardised routine MI and data. You'll be responsible for producing timely and insightful ad hoc financial analysis, scenario analysis and MI to support BAU plans and influence strategic and operational business decision making. You'll prepare and deliver clear and insightful presentations, and will have the ability to engage at all levels. You'll support the business to mitigate risks against budget and deliver opportunities for cost reductions as appropriate. You must be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record working in a business partnering role. You'll be a confident communicator and have the ability to build rapport with operational leaders and the gravitas to challenge where required. Excellent organisational skills are essential and you must have the ability to prioritise work and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
