We have a recruitment model whereby recruitment consultants are supported in the resourcing activities by a dedicated team of resourcers.
We invest heavily in our marketing capability, and your sales and resourcing efforts will be supported by first rate content and email led marketing as well as a continually evolving interactive web site.
All recruitment consultants and resourcers are issued with a LinkedIn recruiter account and advertising allocation.

This will help you to not only maximise your earnings but to develop your career as a niche recruitment consultant working with candidates in the GBP40k to GBP90k salary bracket.
About the role:
- Searching for candidates to fill our client vacancies from a variety of sources including writing and posting job adverts
- Lead generation through different routes
- Using sales and business development techniques to engage with clients, build up a relationship with a view to bringing on vacancies to work
- Negotiation of terms
- Management of client and candidate relationships through the recruitment process
- Any other duties as may be necessary to fulfil the role and to develop KDR's business
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of leads generated / vacancies brought on
- Supplying CVs of a suitable quality to maintain and improve on the standards expected of us by our clients to justify our reputation as experts in our field
- Maintaining standards of candidate and client communication and care to ensure we exceed their expectations of working with recruitment businesses
About you:
- You will have some professional level recruitment experience in either a 360, business development or resourcing role.
- You will pride yourself on the quality of your work and on the relationships you build with your clients and candidates.
- You will be a self-starter who is goal and reward orientated and who appreciates having a structured realistic career development plan
- You will be a team player who thrives in a successful environment and appreciates that everyone needs to work together to succeed and is reliant on each other, whether they work in sales, resourcing or marketing
- You will not cut corners to achieve a short term goal
Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary of GBP18k - GBP25k plus bonus / commission scheme, which is payable quarterly. (OTE of GBP27 - GBP32K in yr 1, GBP50 - GBP70k yr 2). There is a performance based annual bonus scheme in place, payable in January
Holidays are 23 days, rising to 24 days after two years and 25 days after three years' service, plus bank holidays.
Additionally a mobile phone for business and personal calls.
