This Woking based charity are seeking a creative individual with experience based in an office environment and knowledge of InDesign to join their team. Responsibilities: Creating and coordinating artwork, graphics and printed materials Assisting with the purchasing of branded merchandise Preparing stock and materials required for events Assisting the events team in strategic planning, from initial concept to finish Administrative tasks such as keeping relevant files up to date and ensuring they are accurate Experience Required: Administrative experience Experience working within a creative environment Experience using InDesign Qualifications: 8 GCSEs or equivalent A Level qualifications or equivalent Degree or equivalent Design / art work creation qualification Personal Qualities: Creative and motivated with a positive persona Flexible with working hours Occasional work out of normal office hours Highly organised Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Able to work to deadlines Advertised through Zoek 42910.
