The Sanderson brand is renowned for providing high quality IT & Business Change professionals into prestigious organisations within both Financial Services & Commerce & Industry. More recently we have established a Corporate Services Division that includes Accounting & Finance, Digital & Marketing, Sales, HR & Procurement.

We have successfully developed the Corporate Services business in the Scottish market over the last 2 years, and are looking for an experienced permanent consultant to join the team to support this continued growth.

What we need

As per the structure across the whole of our business, our consultants are divided into vertical market teams, each an expert in their specialist field. You will specialise in one of Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales or HR & Procurement, delivering candidates into existing vacancies from current clients, as well as generating business opportunities from developing relationships within and outside of those corporations.

We need professional, polished and charismatic individuals, with the drive and ambition to build a lucrative career with us. Commercial awareness and professional gravitas are essential, with the ability to communicate with confidence and credibility, both over the phone and face to face. Relationships are key in our business, so you need to gain the trust and respect of your clients and candidates, and conduct your work with integrity and proficiency.

This is a warm desk and the role is not a typical 360 structure - there is no cold calling or related targets. We have long standing partnerships with large corporations, both contingent and RPO, so there is a constant stream of work. We encourage an intelligent approach to business development, through expanding networks and nurturing relationships in order to identify and open up new opportunities.
