Job Description LOCATION: Linby, Nottinghamshire
JOB TITLE: Experienced CNC Milling Operative / Setter / Programmer
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP20,000 - GBP32,000 dependent on skills and experience (Overtime is often available but not compulsory)
WORKING HOURS: Full Time (various - Morning Shift - 38 Hours Monday to Friday / Afternoon Shift - 36 Hours Monday to Thursday)

Due to continued growth they now seek experienced CNC Milling Operators, Setters & Programmers to join their existing team.

For the right candidate our client are have a range of roles where depending on your skills and experience salary will be in the range of GBP20,000 - GBP32,000
THE ROLE: As a CNC Milling Operative / Setter / Programmer, dependent on your previous experience you will carry out the operating and running or setting and programming of CNC Milling machinery. You will be responsible for running new & repeat work and also to maintain and enhance existing processes whilst working within a production team adhering to health and safety regulations and the company's highest standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Experienced CNC Milling Operative / Setter / Programmer roles in Linby, Nottinghamshire dependent on previous skills/experience will include:
Set new and repeat work
Run new and repeat work
Use measuring equipment to ensure the quality is maintained
Be able to work in metric and Imperial.
Maintain and enhance existing processes
Programme and set machinery
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Experienced CNC Milling Operative / Setter / Programmer posts will need to be experienced in CNC Milling and have experience either setting & programming or operating CNC Milling machines. You should be someone is accurate and precise in their work and any previous experience working within the precision or aerospace industry would be an advantage. You must be flexible in your approach to work and and must live within or be able to commute to Linby, Nottinghamshire.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Experienced CNC Milling Operative / Setter / Programmer's role in Linby, Nottinghamshire :-
Must have previous experience as a CNC Operator, Setter or Programmer
Must have attention to detail and be someone who takes pride in their work
Must be reliable and committed
Previous experience in the precision or aerospace industry would be desirable
