Fund Finance Manager - Real Estate

Global Investment Fund is searching for an experienced fund controller to join their London office. This role has been created through an internal move and is an ideal opportunity for candidate looking for an opportunity in a multi-strategy fund and this role will be overseeing the Real Estate and debt fund. Responsibilities: Responsibility for the fund accounting, quarterly and annual reporting for the real estate fund and a variety of debt investment vehicles. Supervision of 2/3 members of the team. Monitor investment activity and maintain cash flow projections. Key point of contact for the investment team during the transaction process including entity incorporation, AML requirements, review of funds flow documents. Manage and organise the annual audit process for the fund and investment holding entities across multiple jurisdictions to meet required reporting deadlines. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Experience in a real estate fund and / or debt within an investment house. Strong understanding of offshore funds and investment holding structure Prior exposure to cross border holding structures. Excellent stakeholder management skills This is a very exciting time for the Fund as they continue their growth with a launch of a dedicated European real estate fund and would give the candidate excellent exposure at the initial launch period with strong progressions opportunities.
