Business Analyst
Location: Newcastle
Salary GBP35K + Excellent benefits package

My client is a multinational corporation and is currently experiencing hyper growth, growing to 1,200+ employees, across 12 offices worldwide. They have recently established a a Business Change Department, to help drive and manage the change required to support this growth.
The Department now requires a Business Analyst to assist in mapping, understanding and delivering key business changes. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a pressured team environment with excellent analytical skills and willingness to challenge assumptions.

*Requirements analysis
*Assisting with business cases
*Planning and monitoring
*Requirements organization
What You'll Bring
*Experience of working for a fast-paced organisation
*Proven track record in business analysis
*Relevant qualification
*Stakeholder management (Internal and External)
*Excellent Questioning skills
*Proven problem solving ability
*Experience of coaching developing BA's advantageous
*Experience of Project Management/Change management advantageous
*Experience working on change initiatives across a range of departmental systems beneficial (Finance, HR, Marketing, Front Office Sales etc )
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Dynamic teamworking skills
*Excellent time management
*Experience of managing challenging deadlines
