Job Description LOCATION: Northampton (near East Haddon)
JOB TITLE: Property Manger
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 plus bonus and benefits, subject to applicant experience.
WORKING HOURS: 21 hours per week - Flexible
THE COMPANY: Based in Northampton (Near East Haddon) our client are a family owned company with over 52 years experience in property management. They are now looking to recruit a Property manager to join them on a part time basis.
THE ROLE: The role of Property Manager would involve the management of Mainly Industrial Property from South Wales to the Midlands. This is a long term position that would be based from our client office in Northampton but will require some travel. The role will be heavily administration based as well as liaising with tenants and third party organisations
Key Responsibilities:
You will be comfortable in decision making as you will be entering the company in a senior role and will be required to work effectively unsupervised.

- Managing the day to day operation of the portfolio of properties
- Along with the in house maintenance team, assessing and evaluating reported maintenance issues and ensuring that the developments are maintained to the highest standard.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants
- Overseeing periodic works and liaising with contractors via phone, emails and letters.
You will be comfortable in decision making as you will be entering the company in a senior role and will be required to work effectively unsupervised.
Key experience essential for the role:
- A full UK driving Licence
- Proven experience in a administration based role
- Proven experience of customer service
- Happy to travel when required
- Live within a commutable distance of Northampton (near East Haddon)
