,The roles and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following
Responsibilities
,Inspect to relevant IPC standard (610 revision F; 620 rev B) to latest company AI/BOM available on Share Point
,Use feedback process where AI/BOM information is incorrect during inspection activities
,Record inspection / metrics data in real time on the equipment log / spreadsheet
,Inform operative of any minor re work undertaken including advice and assistance where required
,Inform Product Test Manager of any major re work activities
,Maintain record of advice and assistance given when undertaking mentoring activities / roving inspection
,Metric information to be completed at month end and submitted to Compliance Manager
,Following Stores booking in process, undertake 100% visual on PCBs
,100% Goods in inspection (electrical and mechanical) to the relevant standard (visual, physical)
,Remaining electronic sub assemblies to be 100% visually inspected and added to the equipment log complete with label and returned to Stores
,Support the Manufacturing wiring activities as and when required
,Bi annual calibration of soldering iron, torque spanners and verniers
Note: during periods of heavy volume throughput, 100% inspection may not be possible but this will be the exception rather than the rule
