IT Infrastructure Engineer

I am working with one of the best and fastest growing companies in the UK at the moment. They are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer on a 6 month contract (most likely) to join the team in London. This year they will be introducing a new platform, helping to optimise the production process at our fulfilment centres. To do this, we're going to need a network savvy, Internal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the project! Based at our new Production facility near Milton Keynes, you'll work with our Global team to help roll out new hardware, streamline the IT environment across our sites and pursue a global unified approach what we are looking for is: Most have a qualifications and experience with networks i.e., CCNA Most have experience within a relevant IT management role Most have experience and knowledge managing Layer 2 / Layer 3 networks Most have great understanding of OSI model Most have knowledge of data link / network layer high availability and resiliency technologies Most have knowledge of Cisco switches, routers and firewalls Most have experience in managing projects within the IT landscape Most have strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills Most have the ability to manage multiple projects at once Most are results-driven Most are a team player Most are excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change If you think you have all the above, please get in touch with a up to date version of your CV and a desired day rate, we would love to hear from you.
