Trainee Financial Trader

We are a progressive and flourishing prop trading firm, We are based in London, and at the moment have a team of 35 highly trained properly trading professionals, managing the company's extensive funds on our city based trading floor.

We believe that the only way to be a winner in our industry is to invest heavily in talented people who want to grow with us. We are seeking like-minded professionals to develop their skills and enable them to join our team.

As part of their corporate expansion, we are working hard to build an investment and proprietary trading team.

For that reason we re actively recruiting traders without trading experience.

Those without a trading background can be suitable for the Hidden Talents program; a one month trading program for individuals; who wish to embark on a professional career in the financial markets.

The program will form a substantial part of the company's corporate expansion strategy and will see an influx of opportunity seekers, who can demonstrate a talent, aptitude and enthusiastic drive to become successful traders.

The Hidden Talents program is an initiative created to help fill in the shortage of capable traders within the city.

Uniquely, the program is not based upon previous experience or academic qualifications, but purely on the natural intellect and psychology of a profitable trader.

To be successful for the role of a Trainee Financial Trader you will have the following skills:

• Individuals must be trustworthy, as well expressing talent that can contribute in the development of their business
• Must be motivated to want to learn new skills
• Have good people skills
• Enthusiastic
