I am working with a large insurance organisation in the midlands who are looking to recruit an Operational Risk Manager for a 3 month contract on an immediate start. The role will include:
* 1st line Risk role
* Working with the business to identify risks, running GAP analysis
* Help implement and embed a new risk management framework
* Identifying and mapping key processes across the business.
* Provide key stakeholders with robust and consistent advice which enables them to appropriately quantify; measure; monitor and control their risks
* Working as a Business Partner communicating effective risk management
* Providing advice and guidance on risk responsibilities and incident management.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working within operational risk in General Insurance organisations, in a 1st line risk position.
