Our kitchen is set in a beautiful Georgian building, in the heart of historic Chatham.With a team of 4 chefs we prepare the majority in house using the finest, fresh produce.As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day
running of the kitchen and have full responsibility in the Head Chefs
absence. Duties will include stock control, ordering and training the
