Sales Assistant Based in Cambridge Hourly Rate up to GBP8.22 + Excellent Benefits The UKs leading and bestknown foodonthego retailer are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic Sales Assistants and Senior Sales Assistants at their Cambridge city centre shop. The Role As part of an outgoing team, you would play a key role in the smooth running of the Cambridge shop, ensuring that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at all times. Key responsibilities will include opening and closing, stock counting, cashing up, food preparation, keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the efficient operation of the shop as well as ensuring that it is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. Roles available on a fulltime and parttime basis; parttime will be 25 hours per week, including weekend work. Starter hourly rate for 1617 year olds is GBP6.15, going up to GBP7.47 full rate for 18+. The Candidate o A background in a fastpaced customer service or retail environment will come in handy. o Supervisors or team leaders with keyholder responsibility ideally with food production or retail experience o Strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours o Enthusiastic problemsolvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers The Company One of the UKs leading and most wellknown bakery retailers.
