Are you looking for a new exciting career in Customer Services that offers a competitive pay of GBP9.00 per hour with overtime when available at GBP18 per hour! Plus within this business, you will have opportunities to progress to a variety of roles such as team leader, platform administrators, analysts and wider positions in other areas. And to make it even better - this role is based at the Edinburgh Gyle with free parking, gym access and regular public transportation connections.
In this Customer service position, you'll be well paid to answer calls from business customers, assist with queries, provide account and product related information and carry out transactions over the telephone. Obviously you'll need to learn the organisation's propositions, products and services in order to explain to customers in detail, how and why they should use them. It would be great if you could also have some knowledge of competitor products and services. But all that and more should be easy for you as a Customer Service Representative, because you'll be used to delivering results for customers already.
*You must be able to pass a Disclosure, Credit Check and available for an interview on this week with start date on the 31st July*
