Health & Fitness Manager - Grantham Meres Leisure Centre

Are you looking to become part of one of the largest and most successful teaching and coaching programmes in the UK?
We need to recruit Health & Fitness Managers who are qualified and dedicated to ensuring the operational excellence of our fitness facilities & programmes so that we deliver high levels of customer service, retention and satisfaction.
With at least 12 months experience & minimum of REPs Level 3, you'd lead a team of instructors who ensure that all fitness and exercise facilities are open, clean and safe and all equipment monitored and maintained, as set out in 1Life's quality management system.
Motivating the team will also be key to delivering a great customer experience. You'll be expected to manage a budget & achieve financial targets set by the General Manager, as well as grow and develop group exercise programme, personal training and other revenue streams.
Your skills experience should include business management, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and being organised. We'd enlist your help in promoting the latest innovations at the Centre and you'd need to be flexible, proactive and focused on getting the fitness facilities thriving with customers.
Group exercise training qualifications would be highly desirable and advantageous. Grantham Meres operates a large Les Mills group training programme, where the Health & Fitness Manager will help support the Group Exercise Manager deliver a high quality Group Exercise offering.
