Head / Sous Chef

Hands-on Head or strong Sous Chef to join a small team in our busy kitchen. We are a fairly large beachbar/restaurant a fabulous beachside location that gets extremely busy at peak times.

We serve good quality but not 'faffy' food from a small but well equipped kitchen. There is a basic menu of tried and trusted favourites, plus a daily Specials board where Chefs can use their creativity - Due to our location good Fish Dishes are a 'must'!

We open all year round, but during school holidays trade increases dramaticaly.

Our team have to be calm under pressure, fast, and capable of maintaining standards during busy times.

We can offer accommodation in a separate Chalet adjacent to the Bar.

There are various benefits including a pension scheme (that can be opted out of).

Full time permanent positions are available, although we would also welcome applicants why prefer a temporary position.

Wages are negotiable according to experience & role, an experienced 'sous' would be looking at in excess of 10ph.
