We are looking for experienced Site Managers to join the region on an exciting new project in the heart of the North West. You will already be working in a similar role and have experience of working on major projects.
You will have the drive, and experience to deliver high quality projects with a focus on zero harm through proactive H&S application,, and a wide ranging project experience.
We have a focus on delivering quality, under our right first time approach ensuring our commitment to an on time delivery. The successful candidates will have experience of managing sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically and coordinate the Trades on site for the project. Monitoring their performance is key, along with ensuring that the there are accurate records and monitoring and understanding the position against programme. You will also be expected to chair and minute sub-contractor meetings, and required or delegated by the Project Manager, or organise and run toolbox talks.
Skills:
• Ability to procure, interpret and disseminate contract information
• Ability to schedule materials/plant
• Experience of cost control/planning
• Good organisational skills

• First Aid Skills:
