One of our long-standing partners requires the skills and expertise of a capable mechanical design engineer to join their design team. Based in the Manchester office, our client offers an exceptional opportunity to join an award winning concern.
Our client is at the forefront of development and innovation, and specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke heavy machinery, and have been recognised as a market leader for over 100 years.
This appointment offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the globe. The commission will require the expertise of a capable mechanical design engineer who possesses the following key skills and attributes:
Skills and Attributes:
* Degree qualified - mechanical engineer
* Proficient 3D modeling skills
* Good understanding of calculations and finite element analysis
* First class interpersonal skills
* Highly organised having the ability to effectively plan and prioritise key tasks
* Strong track record of expertise in concept design
* Good knowledge and demonstrable experience in bespoke design of highly engineered machinery or rotating equipment.
