A 4* Contemporary Boutique Hotel is looking for an experienced hands-on Restaurant & Bar Manager who has strong background in food & beverage and exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in food & beverage, with a passion and flair for outstanding customer service.
Candidates have to be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a pro-active approach that can act as one of the main head of department across the Hotel's operation.
Key Roles & Standards:
Oversees the day-to-day operation of a busy 120 covers hotel restaurant;
Be a strong leader who is able to manage and motivate the restaurant team ensuring all company standards are delivered and guest expectations exceeded;
Recruits, hires, and oversees training for employees;
Schedules employee working hours;
Evaluates health & safety practices against standards;
Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests;
Delegates effectively to the team, support by a Deputy Restaurant Manager.
Salary: A highly competitive basic salary is available with this role dependent of experience.
