Our Client, a leading private equity firm focused on the Real Estate markets, is hiring for an Investment Director to join based in London, as they look to expand their investment platform with a senior hire. Their strategy is global mid-market and you will join as part of the senior leadership team. To be considered for this position you must have specific experience in real estate financing, property finance, real estate investment management, asset-backed securitization, or private investments from an equity or debt perspective. With full ownership, you will also be involved at all stages of the decision-making process from origination through due diligence, pitching, execution, portfolio management, and exit and you will work very closely with the other senior Portfolio Managers meaning you will be directly responsible for deploying the fund's rapidly growing capital base. - Experience within Private Equity, VC fund or real estate financing firm - proven expertise within the property and real estate sectors - Educated to a degree level with a minimum of a 2:1 - Origination & execution experience of transactions within real estate This is an excellent opportunity for an individual working in the real estate investments sector looking to progress their career in a leading specialist principal investments fund.
