Sabio support customers in over 50 countries to optimise their contact centre performance and improve customer engagement. As a Junior Service Desk Apprentice you'll work on the Sabio Helpdesk to provide support, advice and guidance to users. Throughout the year, there is potential for travel with all expenses and accommodation paid for.
You will:
- Act as the first point of contact for users
- Raise incidents and requests when they are reported by priority and type
- Establish and maintain an understanding on internal systems and IT infrastructure
- Assist in the implementation of Service Desk and IT procedures
Person specification:
- Hands on experience of Microsoft including Windows and Office
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in technology and desire to study towards an IT qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Flexible and willing to learn
You're eligible for this role if you
- Are 17 - 20 years old when the programme starts
- Are eligible to live and work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years
- Have achieved Maths and English A* - C or equivalent
