For this Finance Analyst role, you will provide finance and administrative support to the Finance Manager in producing accurate and timely financial and management information for various companies within the Ricoh Group. The role requires working to strict deadlines to ensure the company is able to report to Ricoh Europe on time. Monthly reporting to deadlines have continually reduced ensuring the company is recognised for its financial excellence. You will provide commentaries, variance analysis and supporting documentation to assist the understanding and performance of the supported SSC and RE Head Office entities, Support reconciliation activities from multiple Op Cos, Assist the Team Leader (Manage The Business) in producing budgets, forecasts & monthly accounts for the Customer Organisation and assist the Team Leader in ensuring adequate financial controls are in place including compliance with SOX and ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are met.

With a high level of literacy and numeracy, to include suitable secondary education ( part qualified accountant). In addition, you will possess excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to work under pressure with good time management skills. You should also be team-orientated with a flexible approach to your work. Suitable relevant experience in a financial environment is desired.

This role will require travel some European travel within the first 4 months of being appointed.
