Who are they looking for?
Due to their ongoing expansion, they are looking for someone to help them grow their service provision based around flow measurement. Their ideal person is someone who is meticulous and can build relationships and reputation with long standing customers. Someone who can demonstrate their 'commitment beyond measure'.
The role will include:
- Leading and operating the companies tank gauging service
- Leading and operating the companies mobile flow rig
- Set up and commissioning of flow measurement equipment both onshore and offshore
- Fault finding and service of flow measurement equipment
- Calibration of instrumentation equipment
- General technical support to customers related to flow measurement
- Carrying out site surveys
This person is experienced in carrying out service type tasks, demonstrates high accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally, someone who has worked off-shore in Oil and Gas or within the distillery market.
If you possess the following:
- Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation qualification.
- At least 3 - 5 years' experience as a service technician or in an instrumentation/calibration role
- Experience of flow measurement and ability to read schematics
- Strong organisational, IT and communication skills.
- Offshore qualification desirable but full training provided for right individual
- Knowledge of the process and/or food and beverage industry.
- Committed to customer service to win new business.
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel and lodge out
- Holds valid driving license
